I partially tore my Achilles tendon in an injury in March 2020. For several months at rest following the doctor's recommendation, I got help from Aleksander to start with careful strength exercises.

The exercises Aleksander has given me have gradually reduced the pain and improved my mobility. He has also been clear that this would take time. At the same time gave me faith that I would be healthy/pain-free, so that I can be physically active again.

And now, 1 year after the injury, I am back in activity skiing, cycling and hiking. I continue with strength and balance exercises guided by Aleksander, in order to continue to be physically active and pain-free.
