Aleksander always welcomes me, and has a lot of knowledge about sports injuries. There is no one else in town that I go to either.
The exercises that Aleksander gives me have led to improvement each time. So I do as he says. Is in the training phase, so the pain has not gone away. But they are improving week by week.
