I experienced great pain in my right elbow and hand after a long period of overload. As I both work as a carpenter and am a father of small children, it is very frustrating when you cannot use your arm as normal.

I then got in touch with Aleksander Treidene who helped me with some simple training tasks.

This has helped me to now function normally again. Aleksander also took the time to listen and I would recommend him warmly.
